From 3pm to 8pm
Presentation of biennale and exhibition award photographs from around the world with a theme of universality and aesthetics.
Gallery Thirteen is the Studio and exhibition space for artists Hermès Lucas. It brings together works from international exhibitions and biennales. Most works are photographs using Hermès' style that is strongly influenced by his early passion for sketching and drawing and an in-depth study of sculpture, architecture and the classical aesthetic and philosophy on creation underpinning it.. Amongst the techniques used, this is also brought to life by the use of obsolete positive and negative film and traditional darkroom printing techniques. Hermès' recent exhibitions show fluidity in both extreme convergence and divergence, immersed in notions of egalitarianism and universality.
