An exploration of the geography and stories of Earl's Court on foot and in the imagination. It represents
the research process for AN EARL'S COURT MISCELLANY, a celebration of the vivid history and
personalities of Earl’s Court featuring poetry, prose and music, filmed in and around the local area.

Benjamin Lay – shepherd, sailor, prophet, and the British Empire’s first revolutionary abolitionist – returns from the grave almost 300 years after his death, as feisty and unpredictable as ever. The Return of Benjamin Lay sweeps across the centuries in a bold exploration of an utterly impossible
