“Rainbow Wishes: A Borough United” is a joyful, community-driven art installation made of cascading fringe garlands and satin ribbons, each one catching the light like a flicker of hope.
Alongside the flowing waves of colour are hundreds of ribbons, each bearing a handwritten message from a child — wishes, dreams, and reflections about the world they want to live in. Their voices ripple through the installation, forming a living expression of unity and shared belonging.

The gates of the school are transformed into a fringe-framed canvas — bold, bright, and full of movement — a symbol of the rich diversity that exists within the borough and the beauty that emerges when we come together.
At a time when the world can feel heavy and divided, this artwork stands as a gentle yet powerful reminder: inclusion makes us stronger, hope is something we can share, and even the smallest voices — when gathered — can make a vibrant impact.
